On the Northwest corner of the Liberty- Wagner intersection, there is the driveway into the Lib-Wag Business Complex. Turn North into it and turn left at the mailboxes. New Patient Visit: Includes 1st Visit - Nutrition Response Testing, Health Computer Analysis and full Health history ( Takes between 1 hr. 15 min. and 90 minutes) plus 2nd Visit- Report of Findings and Personal Clinical Nutrition Program (about 45 min-1hour)

For all insurances, we are "out of network" which means you can bill your insurance only if chiropractic is part of your treatment plan. You will get a check mailed to your home depending on your coverage. Full payment is required at the office at the time services are rendered. Nutritional visits and supplements are not covered by health insurance.
